How to look after Sharon

A popular houseplant since the Victorian times, Sharon the Parlour palm pairs elegant foliage with easy care. She’ll be quite happy living in most light conditions, though her preference will be medium to bright light. Give her a drink when the top two inches of soil feel dry (she’ll need more in spring and summer) and pop her in steamy bathroom or kitchen for extra brownie points – she’s a big fan of humidity.

Sharon comes with Patch’s Ceramic glazed pot in Green. These hand-moulded pots are painted with a special glaze that forms a crackled finish as it’s fired. We recommend removing your plant from its decorative pot when watering, and allowing any excess water to drain away. Due to the nature of the material, excess water may escape.
