It came in a lovely cream pot and was fresh but came without a name. The card was sent by email but a name could have been put on the box that came with no name or address.

Product arrived smashed couldn’t even take out the packaging as it would fall apart. Yes you did send a replacement pot but that was too late for the date it was needed on. You need to review your packaging as it’s not sufficient!
