The card was beautiful. My grand-daughter loved it. I was not impressed with the condition it was in when it arrived through the letterbox. It was wet and damaged through being forced through the letterbox which was down to Royal Mail. You had inserted a piece of cardboard with the card but it was not sufficient to stop the damage and I also think it should be clearly marked on the envelope 'do not bend or force through a letterbox'. I doubt I will be buying any more cards from you.

Product just what we wanted but please send our reminders earlier as we had ordered this before we got your reminder and we’re therefore unable to make use if the discount. Only one week before the birthday is NOT early enough to allow for any possible delivery delays. This is second time we’ve not been able to use offered discount because it arrived too late.
