This card arrived, unlike the last year card. Had to reorder after the occasion as special pictures had been uploaded to celebrate a 1st birthday. Think I have learnt my lesson and will not be using Moonpig again unless something drastic happens. Postage is not cheap, yet cards are not being received. I'm not happy and these do not represent value for money. Moonpig sent a message to contact them on email regarding the problem - like it was already explained above! Just sent an email fobbing me off that they strive to provide a good service. Yes, fantastic great! What about the card that hasn't arrived - how does that fit in your mantra that you are striving for? Please let me know????
