Never received the order no card for my daughter’s birthday hoping it would turn up in time. Try to talk to the customer service team and it’s a robot on chat that leads you in circles. Used these before no issues until now customer service side is an absolute joke. Not using again no refund no card and pictures of my children. Disgusting.

Good product. Came exactly as pictured. Was a day late than the day it was estimated to come but still came on time. However I did press the 1-3 days shipping option.
