the item was great it was a shame it did not get delivered on my anniversary my wife got it a day late even payed extra for next day.

Nice card. Arrived quickly.
This card has not been received. Any visual information is useless as the "door" shown is not recognised. The fact that the card did not arrive, as it was a part of our celebrating Forty Years together and our Ruby Anniversary. To say that I was / am ashamed and embarrassed is to put things very gently. It was very fortunate that I could not contact you directly. Let it suffice that I am not feeling happy. I look forward to hearing from you. Steve Morris.
