The card was excellent as was the service. Unfortunately the roses I ordered to accompany the card were less than impressive. They arrived without water and had their heads leaning over, we have already thrown most of them away. Very disappointing and after having used Moonpig for many years, this will probably be the last time. I am upset as is my wIfe on what should have been a very special occasion.

I wouldn’t know about quality or value for money as it still hasn’t turned up and is already sadly four days later than it said delivery would be. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I should have gone to Card Factory. Waste of money now the birthday is well past.

I’m very disappointed! This was ordered in time for me to post it on to my son-in-law or hand it to him in person but it took longer than the 3-5 working days as expected? It arrived on his birthday the 20th after we had left to see him! I will have to save it for next year now!!!

Would have rated 5 star, but arrived 3 days late. As it was a birthday card we expected on time delivery, and had received confirmation it would be delivered on 1st November, but actually arrived 4th of November.
