The print quality on the personalised label on a bottle of Prosecco was unsatisfactory. The poor print quality created random white marks on the label that looked like scratches. Complained to customer service who initially wouldn’t acknowledge the issue and then only offered store credit rather than a refund even though I don’t intent to use the company again in the future.
