Ordered in plenty of time and paid extra so that it would arrive on time but as before with Moonpig you don’t realize until you pay that dates are often “from” rather than “on” a specific date and so the card arrived 1 day after birthday. Very sad!

Totally unacceptable- paid for expedited delivery and 7 days later still waiting for the birthday card and gift card to be delivered. Tracking info provides no details or updates.
