The card was ok but you charged $2 for postage when the standard letter rate in the USA (which you used in all my previous purchases with you for USA) is only 78 cents. please explain,

It came damaged and bent Why did you stop sending the cards in stiff card envelopes and use paper instead? For the price of cards (over £7 with delivery) I would expect my orders to be in perfect condition and arrive on time.

The card did not turn up on time. The site said Monday & it turned up Wednesday which missed my brothers birthday on Tuesday.

The card's front over was spoiled by the Moonpig system taking it upon itself to change what I had entered to a load of rubbish that didn't make sense. This did not happen until after I had checked the card was o.k., had paid, and the order was irrevocably in progress. Not happy.
