Overall 1 because I ordered on the 1st to be received on the 5th, she'll get her birthday card tiday, on the 8th!! Not really value for money if you've still got to dash out and buy a card! Not the first time messing up either, ordered a letter box gift last year, only to find out the card and letter box gift were both put in a larger box and required the birthday girl to stay in all day, on her birthday! It was delivered at 19:31, delivery estimated up to 19:30 - they offered postage back but I declined - I vowed I wouldn’t renew membership but gave them the benefit of doubt and renewed!
