The product was OK, however, most disappointingly was the fact that the bottle did not arrive at the same time as the card?! Therefore, my special surprise was ruined because the receiver didn't know who it was from?!!!! This is not the first time I have requested a gift and card together and yet they turn up at different times, with no reference on the gift that it was meant to be together with the card. Very disappointed!

This review is about the service and not the product as I cannot find another way to do this. The order was placed in a Friday for a Saturday delivery but it didn’t arrive. When I questioned this I was told that the terms and conditions allowed for up to 48 hours delivery. The package did not arrive the next day either but was left outside the delivery address on the Monday, all day, where anyone could have stolen it. As this order was for a special occasion on the Saturday I feel totally let down by Moonpig’s so called service.
