Product was fine but let down by delivery time. The card started at Birmingham, then went up to Glasgow, then down to Chelmsford for eventual delivery to Essex address. This took several days and arrived well after birthday, when I was under the impression it should be next day delivery.

I cannot rate this since it has not yet been delivered - it was due to be dispatched on 18/10 but according to your website it is still being processed. Since this was coupled with a gift for a birthday, it is very disappointing
