I would have given zero stars. Quality is not very good. The pictures are very blurry. Not a very high-quality product. I would like a refund.

It was a suitable birthday gift but I felt it was quite a basic mug for the money.
Easy to select & arrange photos for this personalised mug. The recipient loves it. I was worried it may not be in one piece as the 'proof of postage' picture showed the box had been thrown over their fence by the delivery company! Not sure if it says fragile on the box, but they said it was undamaged when they opened it

Didn’t arrive and your customer service team is nearly impossible to contact. Means I will miss this present for Christmas. With many other options on the market I will never use moonpig again
