We found the print was quite dark, which was a real shame. The quality of the cup is good, but the print let it down. I also think the photos were a little small. Perhaps choose a design with less photos
she love dit and was very happy. it came separately from the card, though.
I paid extra for their specific birthday delivery service, but the order for my relative didn't arrived even after her birthday until now. It was a complete failure of the service promised.

Perfect gift
The image on the website shows the pictures filling the whole mug area but in the mug I received the pictures only cover about 2/3 of the mug. The pictures are also quite dark and not clear

Absolutely loved the mug, the quality was great and the images came out so clear on it. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a similar gift.
I tried contacting about this but no luck. The quality of images is very poor this time. I have ordered previously and has been great so I ordered for this year but very disappointing.
I was a little disappointed that the picture colour was very dull and not bright or vibrant at all

Good quality and value for money
The colours on the mug have come out really dark so all the pictures look really dark as the lighting used to print the mug isn’t done to the usual standard.
Great mug. My Grandad absolutely loves it. He couldn’t stop showing it to everyone.
