The mug is pretty good quality, and although it took a while to create, the online setup was good. I've marked it down as I'd been looking for next day delivery, but right at the end was only offered something like 2-4 days, which was close to missing mothers day (all the website had been going on about next day delivery). Guess what, it did miss it. When I found out that they weren't offering next day delivery, I should have gone to another supplier, but the lady on the chat apologised for the removal of the next day option and suggested it should still be here. A pretty good product, just don't expect fast delivery (or on time delivery)
