The actual product was great but why promise a delivery date and miss it by miles. I ordered this to be delivered to the hotel my dad was at for his 60th and Moonpig guaranteed a delivery date only for it to be delivered two days later, by which point they had left the hotel

Lovely card but it arrived 7 days after it was stated it would (11 days after I ordered it). This meant that although I had ordered it with time to spare it missed the birthday. Other post had been arriving at the delivery address so I feel it’s unlikely to have been a royal mail issue at the delivery end. Very disappointing.
