It was really easy to upload photos and make a personalised card for a special occasion to send to my daughter. You can even add other things like flowers, and chocolates etc to add to the surprise. I would highly recommend Moonpig for anyone wanting to send something special to a loved one.

The final product was pretty much what I wanted but two things blighted it. Firstly the lack of ability to alter the font on the front which gave the person’s name. Secondly, despite receiving confirmation of delivery the next day, and paying for it, it arrived a day later after the birthday it was celebrating. An Amazon gift card ordered after the card through Amazon arrived the next day, on the birthday. Disappointed with Moonpig’s failure but more importantly, having discovered it had not been delivered, with the ability to easily (by phone) to contact Moonpig customer services and find out why.

Turned up too late even though it was ordered well in advance. Ruined the day. If the card turned up on time then you would have a higher rating on value. Instead I had to go out and get another card last minute
