It didn't arrive on time (a late birthday holds no weight with the recipient), when I spoke to customer service about it, they told me about delivery times in the fine print. I left not feeling valued as a Moonpig Plus customer and won't be renewing.

The card was very apt as we lived a distance apart, the recipient loved it but unfortunately they didn’t receive it until well into their Birthday, I was disappointed as I’d ordered early enough, I have no complaints about the card just the length of time it took to get to the recipient, disappointing

Moonpig is a great tool for me as I live in a different country from sons, so it’s difficult to send cards and gifts, but Moonpig makes this possible. Always had great customer service too.
