The card wasn't delivered with the balloon on the same order, it hasn't been delivered at all. :-( The balloon arrived but because there was no card the recipient didn't know who it was from. Bit sad for an 18th birthday surprise.

Balloon arrived popped and scrumpled at the bottom of the box and also was delivered to a street and left on the floor ( not a safe place!) and Moonpig are being awful about a refund, to begin with only offering credit and then when I demanded a refund refunding the balloon but not the postage!! AWFUL SERVICE!!

The birthday girl loved the balloon and was delivered exactly as i wished for. The communication for delivery exemplary. Just wish I could get all gift delivered in one rather than all individually even when ordered at the same time.
