I ordered the balloon a week before the delivery date and was told on the day of delivery it was out of stock and an alternate product could not be ordered to replace it. Awful service which made me look bad with a family member who didn’t receive anything on her 50th birthday as anticipated.

Although I tried to get these items delivered twice they never showed up. Terrible service from both Moonpig and DPD. It was a family members special birthday and spoiled by either of you.
