Lovely balloon that was delivered on time but I was charged 2 delivery fees for delivering 2 balloons to the same recipient at the same address (they were ordered at the same time with identical details but there was no way I could see to getting charged twice) . It's left a bitter taste.

Balloon was lovely. But my niece had to peg it to a chair back, as no weight was on the balloon so it could not stand on its own. so l was disappointed with it.
