The balloon itself was a lovely idea and would have been a beautiful addition to my mum’s 70th birthday celebration. Unfortunately, it arrived with a damaged box, and the balloon was not fully inflated and appeared crumpled, which took away from the overall presentation. Given that this was for such a special milestone birthday, I was disappointed with the condition it arrived in, and sadly my mum was unable to fully enjoy or appreciate it as intended. I would appreciate you looking into this and letting me know how this can be resolved.

the balloon was lovely once my mum finally received it, as it was delivered to a completely wrong address, the photo from DPD showed it dumped outside someones front door that wasnt my mothers ! She is 70 years old and on her birthday had to walk all over the place to find the delivery, which was luckily taken in by a house in her street. This is not accetable as DPD said it was in her porch at her address! 1. she does not have a porch 2. it wasnt at her address 3. she spent the rest of her birthday in pain and exhausted from walking around looking for her parcel! (in a heatwave).

It was never delivered- my housebound mom was at home but DPD said there was no-one there so they left it at a post office. My mother is housebound so cannot collect it and I live in Canada which is why I was having it delivered. I made a complaint and have heard nothing back - I won’t be using moon pig again. UPDATE: This issue has now been resolved, Moonpig refunded me for this item and gave me a £5 credit to apologise. I am satisfied with this resolution.
