Product got ordered and I paid extra to be mailed the next day for my nieces birthday it didn’t arrive till 2 days afterwards really disappointed in their delivery service

Moonpig have failed me twice this week with two separate orders. The whole point of ordering a package of gifts is that they all arrive at the same time so people know who they are from. You should make this clear before someone pays.
