The name was correct on the main part of the card, but was incorrect on the verse....whether it was my fault or yours...I had to correct it myself☹️

I can't express how disappointed I am with this order. I never received my original order and the replacement which was sent Thursday on next day delivery still hasn't arrived at 5pm 2days later. This is personalised for a retirement and now it looks like I'll be asking for a refund and going to card factory! Royal mail have let me down badly. You shouldn't use them.
