Product was good. I know you posted it out to me on time, however it just arrived today and it was past the birthday! I know it’s not your fault but rather it is Royal Mail being slow to process. Suggest you encourage orders to be completed at least a week before you need it.

I am not at all satisfied. !! The first time ever the ordered card,has not arrived .My son's 50th birthday birthday is today,and the card was ordered in plenty of time.Thinking twice now, whether to even use Moonpig again 🤔🤔

The card didn’t arrive. It was probably good quality probably good value but it didn’t arrive so how can I really judge. I am sure the problem is Royal Mail but as they are key to the card’s delivery the system is flawed.

Thanks to the Royal Mail, the card didn’t arrive until yesterday (4th April). My sons birthday was Saturday 1st April and as can be seen the card was ordered a week ago. Not Moonpigs fault, but this also occurred for my Birthday card being delivered in January when it arrived 3 days late. It is starting to effect your reputation, I’m afraid.
