Ordered for my mother’s 90th Birthday along with an add on ballon gift. On the afternoon of the stated delivery date I received an email from DPD to say it was delayed and wouldn’t be delivered until the day after, which was after the recipient’s actual birthday. I’ve ordered fromMoonpig many times for cards only and never had an issue with delivering on time. In future I won’t be adding on any gifts - lesson learnt.
