To receive a gift of a bottle of wine for the amount paid for it to turn up as a miniature bottle was embarrassing! I was really not happy with this gift and the Chcolate buttons weren’t exactly wow either. Overly very disappointing and is the reason why I have deleted the Moonpig app and won’t be using again.
Terrible. Arrived late which disappointed the recipient. I wont use the service again.
The chocolates didn’t even get delivered which was so very disappointing and frustrating. Especially as it was for my dad for Father’s Day. I will never buy any gifts from moonpig again. It’s not worth the hassle. I will go directly to other providers.
