Very unhappy with Moonpig service. I purchased a card and payed for next day delivery, picked the date which said "guaranteed". It did not arrive on the guaranteed date or the day after which was so disappointing as it did not arrive before the party and I had to purchase another card. Contacted Moonpig several times through messaging system which is an absolute nightmare, you are left waiting for a reply and if you do not reply within a few minutes they close the chat meaning you have to start all over again. Some of the staff were very unfriendly especially one called "Joe" who told me guaranteed delivery meant that day or 1-2 after??? Took me ages to get a refund, had to ask for a manager, no email address to contact anyone and 3 days later I finally got a refund. Won't be using again.

Card was lovely but the card was sent without an envelope, so I'll have to purchase one as when I tried to respond to moonpig to ask for one it kept bouncing back !
