The card I ordered didn’t arrive so after contacting you a replacement was sent which still hasn’t arrived either Very disappointing

It was my fault but I didn't realise just how small this card was going to be. This is ridiculously small for the 'normal' card; I didn't opt for the 'large' as is thought it was going to be too big but you live and learn!
