Ordered a card for my son’s 2nd birthday, gave plenty of time for it to be delivered by today but unfortunately the card did not arrive. I understand it’s Christmas period but the card has still not arrived over a week later. I did receive a full refund which is appreciated however I would have rather had the card to give to my son. I was really looking forward to giving it to him. A previous Moonpig order I done arrived on time however so maybe this was a one off which I understand, things happen. Nonetheless I am still disappointed I couldn’t give my son this cool card.

For some reason I ordered 2 , 1 was perfect the 2nd one was not so perfect the added photo was not in position correctly.
