Never received which was frustrating as the girl it was for left today. Should have been here Tuesday and still not by Friday, waste of £5

Card was great. Didn’t arrive in time stared so it was no use 🙄
Really great was at expected
My card never turned up as it got lost in the post. I contacted Moonpig several times by email to chase this but received no response despite them saying they would respond within 24 hours. I tried the chat service but this was a ridiculous waiting time. When I finally got through after a 40 minute wait I was told that it was simply lost and they’d send another. No attempt to chase it. I asked how long it would take to arrive as I needed it for an event and over a week had passed and I had already paid an extra £4.99 for next day delivery. I was told it would take another 7 days to arrive so I cancelled the order and had a refund. I was very disappointed as the card itself was great. Shame about the customer service.
We use Moonpig all the time and never been let down yet 👍👍
