I got this for my friend in America for Christmas, she loves it, so that makes me happy. The mug is a nice little gift for a friend,or family member.
I live in England, the item was delivered to Australia. I have no idea how or when it arrived. I have no idea in what condition it was in. I have no idea of its quality. Anything else you want to know do not hesitate to ask.

This product is great to send to people that you are unable to visit a lot. It lets the recipient know you are thinking about them. Especially good to send to people who may be ill or hard to buy for. Perhaps a little on the expensive side but It worked wonders for me and the person I sent it to was over the moon with it.
