This is not my photo ai did not upload this I dont even have a family to even take a group photo. I sent an entirely different image > Moonpig you need to refund me and I sent two cards and one still hasn't been delivered in NSW and Moonpig estimate for the card that was outside of a metropolitan delivery area, I tried to pay the lower postage as it was obvious that an Express delivery would not happen before Xmas and my summary for that card showed that it was standard delivery but I was chared for Express at payment window anyway a complete rip off and not what I selected. Who the hell are these people in the image ??? Where is the card I made for my other sister?? 28th December Now and my other sister hasnt received her card and there is no sign of any Tracking. I did not want to pay for Express delivery as it seemed Moonpig could not guarantee a Christmas delivery for Culburra, ordered at the same time as the card to Paddington. But Moonpig charged me Express delivery anyway for the card to Culburra. It hasnt arrived. This picture of a carf I hope it is a generic image cos it is not what I made. I dont have a family and dont take selfies...So I hope this isnt what you sent my sister. I have no way to contact Moonpig...greedy company
