Ordered via app. It did not mention anywhere that an envelope wpuld not be included so it arrived with no envelope. When I contacted help they said I had to select envelope at order point. THIS WAS NOT AN OPTION! I had a credit applied to my account and was told they'd added an envelope to the repeat order. The second order arrived just in time but NO ENVELOPE AGAIN! App deleted. Unlikely to use again.

Very good wordplay with this card, and it fit perfectly with a private joke I share with the recipient. The printing of a personal photograph inside was beautifully done. It arrived very quickly, too.
