Due to Moonpig using Royal Mail, we did not receive our card in time for my son’s birthday. Birthday was sunday, I ordered it the previous Tuesday. It’s now Monday and we still don’t have it.

Great service. Items arrived promptly and photos copied well.
Very disappointed. The middle pages depicted a message but the final product had nothing on the internal pages. My grandson asked where the message was.

I ordered 4 of these to inform my parents (who both passed) grandchildren, that they had an inheritance to come, all were exactly the same, however, only 3 have arrived and this is very sad as they were all meant to get by25th June and know about this at the same time. Still waiting, so would like moonpig to push this and get it resolved so as one sad grandchild gets their card. Used moonpig often and not been disappointed before.
The service is convenient for a customer who wants to quickly stick their own photos and message on a card. However, Moonpig’s service isn’t as customisable as I initially thought. I first had to find a template that would give me the most freedom to do what I want. A lot of templates made it hard to have a photo as I wanted it. I like the feature that allows a written message to be photographed and placed on the card. The price of the overall service is very high however. Costing me over £8 for a single card that didn’t need to be posted immediately. I think the printing cost of the card is too much as well as the postage cost.
