The sticker wrapping around the tube was disappointing as it was pretty creased, I would have returned it but as it was so close to Christmas and with it being a gift I kept it.

The items purchased were great, but they added on a £10 pounds annual subscription without my knowledge. I have only one living relative and we're both over 65 years old. What on earth would I want with an annual subscription? We'll be lucky if we both reach the end of the year.

Great present but quite expensive

As with the card I was not able to see this item directly but my nephew was very pleased with it.

Recipient happy with it, however on previous occasions the subsequent gift doesn’t land in the same package and it doesn’t show who it’s from. This needs to be rectified with either something that shows who it’s from, or have it in a gift bag together. You could make more money from doing it this way, combined delivery saving costs but also charging extra for gift bags.
