The service was pretty poor. Parcel was sent twice. The first time it made it only halfway and the second time it arrived but damaged and I am still trying to get hold of someone to sort this disappointment out. Seems like all moonpig is good for is printing cards.

Nothing wrong with product, when it eventually arrived. However Moonpig sent wrong item. Not what was ordered. Disappointing as was for freinds birthday present. Once I contracted customer service, they acknowledged error and correct item was sent - which arrived day after freinds birthday!!
