Not necessarily your fault but disappointing that top right corner of the card is bent. Likely to be Royal Mail even though instructions on your postal envelope says ‘do not bend’ There were other cards in my order and they were all as expected, high quality finish.
My mum loved her card and it was delivered on time. Great service.
