Moonpig enabled me to produce a special Easter card for the Dean of Battle and his family. Seven years ago they moved away and we adopted their hens. The card included photos of the one surviving hen along with a box of her pale blue eggs. They were thrilled to receive the personalised card plus the box of actual eggs.

Card should have been 3-5 day delivery, but arrived 7 days after ordering. This meant the card arrived too late for the celebration for which it was intended. Therefore I have only awarded 3 stars, which is unusual for me as I usually receive an excellent service from Moonpig. I am fairly certain the problem lay with Royal Mail rather than Moonpig.
