I was hoping my card would be delivered to my friend's in Spain by 3rd April, its now the 8th and still no delivery. The Help email address doesn't work, it only bounces back...not a good sign

The card was lovely but unfortunately the post office sent it to the wrong sorting office and it had to be rerouted so we did not get it in time. But I printed it off from the preview so that we could at least give it to my granddaughter who had just moved into her new house. When the card eventually arrived it was of course very much better than what I had printed off
