Unfortunately I didn't receive the envelope for the card. When u select a recipient your company uses the details u had previously and sent it to the address I chose but as "direct to recipient" do no envelope provided. It has caused me inconvenience now to try to purchase an A4 envelope. This annoyance will make me think twice before using moonpig again because I think it is bad policy not to issue an envelope when a mistake has been made.
