The card never arrived. Contacted the company who replied they would kindly duplicate the order & credit the account. However when trying to locate these in my account they were not visible. Recontacted them, it then appeared in my account. I reordered & used the credit. they then replied a day after I'd reordered the card, telling me it had been ordered & dispatched - like I don't know that already. Thanks moonpig, my father finally got his card 10 days late, so don't think I'll be using you again for the foreseeable.
