I am shocked I have been to asked to rate my order when I haven’t received the order! It is late and contacting customer service was poor service! The delivery times quoted are deceiving! Will never order again.

Card was fine but I paid for next day delivery and it was delayed meaning the card didn’t arrive for Mother’s Day

I ordered this greetings card along with flowers, for my mum on mothers day. I received an email from Moonpig stating that there would be an issue with delivery and that my greetings card would be replaced by an apology card on delivery of the flowers? They explained that they would still deliver the flowers but my greetings card would arrive a day or two later. The flowers were delivered on mothering Sunday but without any card. The greetings card arrived at the end of the day on Monday. It was in good condition and my mum was pleased with the card and the gift experience voucher which was also printed inside the card. The card and voucher was good value and well presented. It was unfortunate that the card was delivered a day late and missed Mothers day.

I wouldn't use again. First time user but nothing but stress and problems. Wouldn't recommend.
