You delivered the wrong card. If you look at the recipient of my previous order you will see that their name is Sylvia. You sent a card that should have been received by an Elora, sent by a Stephen. My name is Michael. Not a great look on Valentine’s Day, of all days is it. The flowers were good, no issues there. Please ensure you double check which card you’re sending with the deliveries in the future. Michael

This was an excellent gift. There were enough in the bouquet. The person loved the colour and they were very fresh.

Arrived as arranged but they were not in the best condition. Disappointed to be honest fire the price i thought they would be fresher and better

The flowers were going brown and none have opened. Normally very good in several previous purchases

Beautiful flowers
She loved them they were brilliant and in great condition fast delivery thank you very much.
5 flower heads were already broken and the other flowers looked wilted and brown. The box they arrived in was too short and they were squashed in too tight. Very disappointed as was for Valentine's. I will not be buying flowers with my cards again! They were expensive so I expected something of much better quality to be quite honest.

Great gift
Flowers were lovely but I think way over priced
OK but i am fed up with filling in reviews when you don’t respond!!
The flowers that arrived are wilted after 5 days. The flowers were promised to be 24 in number and only 18 arrived!!!!! Refund eas made of 50% of the cost of the flowers and also arrived very late on the day. I guess someone has to get the late deliveries ( the blurb I have on this states 24 not 21) still short on flowers though.
One stem was snapped when the package was opened and flowers ready to throw out after 4 days. For over £40 for 12 (11) awful quality roses I would avoid this service and get from M&S for a tenner and they do last well into a second week.
