The Important Part:

We promise seven days’ freshness or a free replacement with every bouquet.
Select your date or get next day delivery when you order by 9pm Monday-Friday. Plus, get SMS tracking and a 2 hour delivery window.
Our flowers arrive in bud and will come into bloom within a day or two. This means fresher flowers for longer – yay!

Please Note:

In the rare event that any flowers become unavailable or are not quite up to standard, we’ll replace them with flowers of similar or superior style, quality and value.
The vase is not included.

The bouquet was sent to my Aunt who was thrilled with the colours and the amount of flowers within the bouquet. Her birthday was on 1/11/25 and she has sent me a photo recently which shows they are still going strong.

The flowers were nice and smelt nice my mum said but to me didn't look quite like the picture I didn't show her but happy enough. I wasn't happy they'd been left on her doorstep though when she was in the house. I'm not sure if they even rang the bell and tbh put me off buying flowers from Moonpig again

Never arrived, no communication from Moonpig to inform me it was delayed. When I checked the delivery companies tracker it showed it at my local depo but not due out. Could not call Moonpig to speak with anyone, the chat online never connected, non on the contract methods worked. Managed to submit a complaint and the. Got a reply. The order would arrive 5 days late but I would be refunded. Not great as they were for a 40th birthday and would be late but it was ok. Then nothing, no communication and on the 5th day as nothing arrived I checked the delivery companies tracker for it to say not delivering as perishable items. No communication at all to let me know.
