The product is very good but the delivery is misleading. 2/3 days is great but my delivery wet over that, consequently my car hasn't yet arrived.

I paid for guaranteed delivery for an exact date . It did not arrive. I contacted Moonpig the next day (Sunday) on chat as I had needed it for the day before which I paid for extra. I was going on holiday the next day so they said they would cancel it and credit my account. It then arrived the day after when I was on holiday too late. My account had not been credited and I have paid a premium for a card that arrived late.
