It was a gift and they loved it. However I was very disappointed because the card I ordered was sent electronically. So they never had any idea who had sent it. My friend the recipient is presently convalescing after a major back operation in a hotel in London so she cannot check her emails. Your website was very misleading and not friendly at all.

Delivery reliable and on time !
Handy service if you live outside the UK. Delivery was on time. Good service.
Didn't receive it as per usual for a post office delivery. The only delivery company that puts a card through the door requesting you to collect it yourself or rearrange a delivery. It was only a Christmas present so obviously not at all impotent.
