Good card and appreciated by recipient. It should have been received for the 13th but was finally received on pm of the 15th who have just returned from holiday. Post Office had delivered to the wrong address!!

Product looks o.k., but service atrocious. I requested plain packaging as is for my wife’s birthday but the packaging had Moonpig all over it, not much of a surprise now is it as she answered the door to the postman

The card might have been good had it arrived, I got a refund but that did not make up for my wife not getting a card on her birthday, especially when I had paid to have it arrive a day early. Moon Pig should look at changing their method of delivery.
