We ordered these flowers for our sister who had just got out of an operation, the flowers we received were nothing like those pictured. Tried raising this issue with Moonpig, but still yet to get any form of apology or refund.

Very disappointed,the actual flowers themselves were lovely but were nothing like the quantity it shows in the picture on site. It was for my best friends birthday so I had to go out and buy more flowers as I was embarrassed to give her the flowers I’d received. I was so annoyed I forgot to take a picture of what I was sent.

The amount of flowers in the actual pot looks a lot less than the photo, flowers were a day late and very droopy.
The card was delivered but the flowers never came

The flowers however were received and they were nice. It didn’t warrant just over £7 for delivery fee and a card which she didn’t receive. I’ve used Moonpig for a few years and won’t be using them anymore. I feel there’s better value for money out there and the market is really competitive now.
